Howdy family!
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours – if you celebrate that is. While you’re stuffing yourself full of turkey and dressing, know that I’m thankful for each and every viewer and subscriber.

A North Carolina Thanksgiving
This Thanksgiving is a little different in that it’s my first North Carolina Thanksgiving. We’re spending the holiday at Papa’s family house, so no stress and dishes for me to worry about (how’d you think I found the time to write something for you today!)
I originally didn’t have a topic to write about today. I just knew it’s Thursday and I have to be more diligent about consistently posting content for all my platforms. Right now I’m just in a flow state, typing away at the kitchen table of my in-laws-to-be (potentially?) and just feeling thankful for all that this year has brought me.
For many this year was one of their hardest. I hate to be such a contrarian, but this year has been one of the best years in my life. Naturally, the topic of today’s post has become an exercise I learned called, Rapid Appreciation. This is an exercise where you list out all the things you’re appreciative of to raise your current vibrational state.
I learned of this technique, while listening to audible, Ask and It is Given by Esther Hicks. This book taught me about the power of your emotions. As a Manifesting Generator with Emotional Authority, having access to this power is paramount. Your emotions are a signal for how close or far from source you are at any given time. In chapter 22, Hicks describes the emotional guidance scale, a gauge of your alignment with Source energy, with fear/grief/powerlessness being the farthest from source and joy/knowledge/love/freedom/appreciation being the closest.

How I Use Rapid Appreciation in Real Life
When I find myself not as high on the gauge as I would like to be, maybe in a state of anger, or disappointment, or frustration, I use this technique, to raise my emotional state. I’ve even gotten in the habit of practicing rapid appreciation frequently, even when already in a high frequency state. It makes me more magnetic, helps balance out my mood, and just overall improves my quality of life by reprogramming me to focus on the good in life.
Back when I used to listen to the Having A.L.L. podcast by Michael Bivens, he had a similar technique. He referred to as finding the magic in life, or all those examples of the universe showing up for you. Where your attention goes, your energy flows. When you change your perspective, miracles can happen, in my Gates voice.
Without further ado, here’s my Rapid Appreciation for Thanksgiving 2025.
My Thanksgiving Rapid Appreciation List
My Book of Life
This first item was originally “this version of life”. But I had to take a step back and realize how I was able to accomplish all of this? It started from me just writing out my desires in my notebook, also known as my Book of Life. Last year, I was working at a soul-draining job, miserable in Houston. Now, I’m happy working at an internationally known company, excited and full of life in North Carolina. Once I write something down, it comes to life, a lot of time on it’s on volition.

HHH (Triple H)
Outside of my children, this is my biggest accomplishment thus far. And to think, this actually came to life starting from my Book of Life. I had a goal to move to North Carolina and become a full-time entrepreneur. Part one is done as of May 2025, but part two had yet to be fulfilled; that is until November 4th. On this day, I registered my holding company, Happy Homes Holdings, Ltd. Liability Co (HHH or Triple H), in the state of North Carolina. Am I a full-time, CEO boss lady owning and operating her own business? Not yet, but the first step has been initiated and the rest is just about showing up.
Mastering my Experiment
If you listened to this week’s episode of Life With Lexis Kai Podcast, you’d know I’m a Human Design fanatic. Knowing my body’s natural energetic blueprint is the ultimate cheat code for quantum leaps and the basis of my Live Life Lavish University self-development course. It’s how I went from single parent struggling in Tallahassee to thriving momprenuer in North Carolina. It’s how I was able to pivot from a miserable middle school teacher to an enthused and magnetic business owner growing my network nationally. Listen to the the episode and then tell me: what would you do if you knew your superpower?
