Hey there, family!
I’m allowing myself to write as much or as little as I want lately, but at the same time, practicing more consistency with my creative projects. Today’s blog post stems from my spending three hours two weeks ago strategically planning using Chatter and my 60-month plan.
I recently had a great conversation with my bestie, Kasandra. We talked about our week; she’s been killing it at her new job, and I talked about how I was planning to live a new life.

Y’all probably tired of my shit by now, huh? “This lady changes her life every three weeks!” And you’re absolutely right. But why not? In the Human Design system, I’m a 6/2 Manifesting Generator – which means I’m meant to move fast, skip steps, synthesize ideas with copious amounts of energy, and ultimately show others they can make a path of their own.
How Will You Create Your Avatar?
When Kasandra and I were talking, I mentioned that I’m tired of living a reality that was never meant to be sustainable for me. So much of our everyday reality is based on or planned around the standards for a heterosexual white male. I’m ready to live a life more aligned with who I am in all ways, but it’s important that I take the time to uncover who that person is. Which brings me to my topic today: How will you create your avatar? And even more, what’s on your Do Not F*** With (DNFW) list?
In Human Design, my favorite principle is that you are perfectly made. With my self-critical nature, it was something difficult to accept, but at the same time, I really wanted to. So over this entire experiment, I’ve been learning more about myself, peeling back the onion, if you will. My favorite tool for introspection, besides Human Design, is astrology. Learning my rising, Venus, and North Node placements, among others, has helped me carve out my key blueprint items for finding my Live Life Lavish
In week 3 of Live Life Lavish University, we go through an exercise of you outlining your Live Life Lavish Pillars, or your values that you want to live by. I’m a firm believer that it’s much easier to get what you want when you identify what you don’t want. Not to focus on what you don’t, but to easily dismiss it when it comes up as something on your “DNFW” list.
What’s on my “Do Not F*** With” List
Here are three things on my “DNFW” list:
Negative Nancy and Pessimistic Paul
Aht, aht! Get off my line with all that stuff. I live in a world that I co-create with Divine Source energy. I don’t have time to be messing up my channel with all that negativity. In Outwitting the Devil, by Napoleon Hill, the Devil admits his allies are those who maintain negativity. Tolerating this type of energy directly contradicts what I teach and have rebuilt my life on.
Poor in the Mind
It’s one thing to be low on funds, or in between blessings, like we like to say, but it’s an entirely different energy to be poor-minded. Some people fall under the previous category. However, the example I really have in mind is those who decide that, since all they’ve seen in life is foolishness, that’s all that they choose to recreate.
Friendly Opposition
This goes back to point number one, but again, these categories aren’t mutually exclusive. Where I am now, I don’t want anyone smiling in my face; all the time, they want to take my place —ass people around me. Besides, I know too well that some of my greatest ascensions were made not in secret, but in solitude. Being a 2-Line profile, I grow deeper alone. I stretch wider in time by myself, and constantly cycle between periods of hiding and rare sightings.
